SPICY GINGER PEACH GLAZED SALMON

2 salmon filets (6-8 oz each)

2 T Oil

2 T Emily G’s Datil Peach Marmalade

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste



Salt and pepper salmon filets. Heat pan over medium heat. Add oil and fish, skin side

up. (hot pan, cold oil and a slight shake once fish are added, to help prevent sticking).

Cook until you see a cook line through middle of salmon (approx. 7-10 min) then flip,

skin side down. Turn heat off and cover to steam for 10 – 12 minutes.


In microwave, heat jam for 20 seconds. Spread over top of fish 3-4 minutes before

serving.
